This announcement is to let everyone know who the winner of the "sell for soap" contest is. I added up all the entries, put them all on folded slips of paper and put them in a hat and drew out the winner; and the winner was.................. Raymonda!! :puppydance: Congratulations Raymonda!! I will be pm'ing you to get your address so I can get your 3 free bars of homemade soap sent out to you!

I also want to thank everyone who has posted for sale ads or contributed to this board. It has only been up a little over a month and we already have 50 members and I hope it continues to grow and get better everyday. Thank you everybody! :D

Congratulations Raymonda! Way to go!!! I've been thinking about some of that soap, my skin is getting so dry with all this cold weather.

I hope you don't ten copies of this. I have had a bit of trouble posting today. I am sure it is just me. Not a problem with the site.

I want to thank you all for your kindness. I received the soaps and they are truly wonderful.
I am going to take a long bath instead of a short shower.
Is there a web site that has the soaps listed and the lotion?

Because of your site I have new friends. What a wonderful thing. :)

while I am here, can anyone tell me how to make a photo smaller so it will work on here? I wanted to post a photo of our place, animals or us.

Thanks again and God Bless.

Thank you Stacey for posting that tutorial. You are always so helpful! :hugs:

Here is a link with some more info on different ways to reduce the size of pictures.

do you know what photobucket is?

you can use an avatar remotely using www.photobucket.com

First go into photobucket and upload the picture of your choosing. Edit it and make it avatar size (option 1 that is 100x75 pix). Then open up your profile and way at the bottom you will see two options for copying links for your avatar. Choose the last one (not the one that says it will be copied to this site). Click submit and you are good to go.

Note: if you do not edit the size of the picture on photobucket the picture on here will be the large size. If this happends and you do not edit the picture to be an avatar size I will go into your profile and delete the picture because it messes with the ability to read the posts. So please resize your pictures before you add them as your avatar.

need help resizeing in photobucket? I can help you there as well

my daughter loaded a few photos of our goats on photo bucket and sent this link. One day I will get the time to learn to do this.
