We plan to cut hay beginning next weekend, September 5th or 6th (if the weather holds). This is a good quality, Bermuda/Fescue mix hay. If we start cutting on Saturday we should be bailing by Wednesday or Thursday.

We are taking orders for the small square bales (65-70+ lbs.) in the field. We are only bailing square bales as ordered since we won’t need any more squares for our own use. The square bales are $2.75 each with a 100 bale minimum order. We require a deposit of ½ of the total cost prior to bailing (can be paid with Pay Pal. This is a non-refundable deposit (unless something happens and we can not get it baled). You must haul your hay out of the field!

We will also be bailing 3 x 5 round bales of this same hay. The round bales are priced at $17.00 each or we would consider doing some bartering with the round bales. Things we are interested in bartering for in order of preference are listed below.

1. Bull (prefer not to have a “huge” bull)
2. Livestock trailer (bumper pull)…..does not need to be big or fancy, but does need to be in sound condition
3. Good quality Nubian dairy goats in good health (does only…….I don’t need a buck right now)
4. Pasteurizer
5. Power Washer

(We are offering this quality hay at a very fair price, please offer the same if you would like to barter.)
