A free area would be good or a chat area.

Welcome and thank you for the suggestion! I did add a free section for people with things to give away. I am going to allow free wanted posts too on a trial basis, as long as we don't get overwhelmed with people just looking for "free" things and nothing else since this is primarily a buy/sell board. I also added a chat section too. :D

Sunflower,
Can you add a place on the Country Coffee Chat for "Goat Books".

The reason I ask is that I get info on different goat books that come out--like the one the AKGA & IKGA have collaborated on called: "The KIKO Goat in North America". Several of us raise KIKOs on this list, and this book gives the history of the KIKO in NZ and how the KIKO breed was introduced to the US.
If anyone is interested, I will post the ordering info on here or some other place on this group. I will be ordering one next week for myself.
Thanks.

Oh RATS. I posted the Goat Book post on the wrong area--should have gone to "Suggestions".
Too wound up and still tired from trimming hooves on 8 of my goats Saturday with some really SHARP hoof trimmers that cut me and poked me when the goats decided to jump and hop around. Cant get to my tilt table because of the mud and a gate being blocked.

I am a little confused about what you are asking for? Did you want a place to talk about books or to list books for sale? If it is books for sale there is a "Other things for sale" spot that would be appropriate. If you want a thread to talk about different books I would be glad to start one, or you are free to as well. :D That would be an interesting discussion I think. Good ideas I just wasnt sure which one you meant.
