How cute!

Yes, great looking kids you have there!

I think all goats like hair  Not to hi-jack your thread Jennifer, but one year I had a bottle baby in the house, had the flu, ended up passed out on the couch sleeping with the baby. Awoke to the baby chewing on my hair. My hairdresser laughed herself silly when she saw the damage goats can do. :?

:roflmbo: I bet that is the first time she heard that story! I have long hair so I have had so many goat kids chew on the ends of my hair, I usually just trim the ends of my own hair but if I did go to a stylist I can just picture it, "no I haven't been over blowdrying my hair, those damaged ends are from my goats chewing on them!" I wonder what kind of reaction I would get? :D What is really nice is when it is an older kid that incorporates a nice bit of cud into the strand of hair before you pull it out of their mouth.  Got to laugh about stuff like that, life is too funny not too.

 Yep, first time she had ever been told a goat did it. Even though there were chunks missing, she managed to shape it up quite nicely.
Each visit, when I sit down in her chair, she asks any baby goats in the house? :D

Who is the little solid black goat? Looks almost like black velvet.

That is one of my favorite kids this year, (I think I say that about all of them though). that is so funny you said that because I had actually thought about naming her that, since "Black Velvet" is one of my favorite songs, it is between that and Blackberry, I kind of go back and forth on which one I like best for her. She is our black buck Toby's doing. We got 3 solid black kids this year (one has a tiny white spot on him) and only 1 was a doeling, and she is growing out nice so I think she will be a keeper. Maybe I should name her Shadow or Silhouette because that is all I seem to be able to get of her in pictures.
